(WEST REGION) - Toh Guan Road
Main task :
- Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division
- Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
- Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
- Confirmation of shipping documents, Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
- Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.
- Update of shipping data to the in-house system
- Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.
- Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or its equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Shipping or freight
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
-Able to start work in short notice
