Job Title: Venture Partner
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the venture partner will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing high-tech sector partnerships between Singapore and China. The role involves collaborating closely with Transfong’s teams in Singapore and China (Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, and Xiamen) to facilitate market entry for Singaporean technology companies and entrepreneurs into China. Additionally, the Director will support Chinese technology companies in their efforts to engage in co-innovation projects with local research institutes and universities in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 3-5 staff members.
- Overseeing a venture-building project to co-create an AI technology startup in the HR services sector in collaboration with partners in China.
- Managing fundraising efforts from investors in both China and Singapore.
- Maintaining and fostering investor relationships and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Technology, Communication, or Business from a top-tier university.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience or knowledge in human resource management.
- At least 10 years of experience in the technology sector, consulting or startup incubation.
- Fluency in Business Mandarin and English to effectively liaise with partners in Singapore and China.
- Proven international work experience in both Singapore and China.
