Responsibilities:
1. Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with
excellent interpersonal skills
2. Responsible on relationships building and researching the market
and related products
3. Maintain relationships with travel agents & corporate client by
providing support, information and guidance.
4. Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or
service.
5. Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information.
6. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by travel agents
7. Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and
administrative routine portfolio matter
8. Co-ordinate the distribution of quality marketing and promotional
collateral and material
Requirements:
Singaporean or PR status
Diploma or Degree holder
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
Self-motivation and team player
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Immediate starters preferred.
