Job details:
- Oversee overall operations to ensure eiciency, quality, service, and cost-eective management of resources.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry
- Develop annual budgets and ensure the company meets its financial goals.
- Ensure the organization remains financially viable, making necessary financial decisions to strengthen financial sustainability of the Home.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities for the Home.
- Monitor company performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with stakeholders, government entities and the general public. - Build and maintain strong relationships, as well as forge partnerships with stakeholders, government entities and the general public
Requirements:
- Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, public relations and communications.
- Prior experience in similar industry will be advantageous.
