Attachment Description
The trainee should be able to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of logistics projects. He/she will work to ensure that projects finish on time, remain within budget, and meet quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Develops Logistical plans for special projects including timelines, schedules,etc.
2. Leads logistics and Supply Chain staff, mentors and influences others on complex projects and assignments.
3. Develops work procedures; prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
4. Issues written and oral instructions.
5. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
6. Work with finance to submit monthly billable items to Pick and clients.
7. Instructing his/her staff in preparing items for return to Picknetwork on each appointed day of the week.
8. Instructing his/her staff and teach his/her team on how to use the system to be aware of all retrived items that needs to be divided into Shopee, Qxpress and Others . 9. Troublehshoot abnormalities include missing labels, damaged items, missing items in lockers, etc
10. Management System strategy and lead the cross-functional implementation.
11.Work with IT team to improve on the driver and walker application.
12. Networks across the organization and develops successful internal and external relationships.
