Responsibilities:
- Manage staff facilities like the Staff Lounge, Gym, and recreational areas.
- Support Employee Engagement programs including surveys, action plans, and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with organizing Employee Engagement Events.
- Coordinate events from planning (liaising with staff and vendors, creating EDM/social media) to event day activities.
- Collaborate closely with management and line teams.
Requirements:
- GCE “A” level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
