Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial, electronics components, is looking for suitable talents to join their business as Order Processing Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to customers
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
- Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central (Near to MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
