Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our IB Tuition Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to invoicing and payment follow-ups. This role is remote and offers flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to students and parents in a timely manner.
- Track and record payments received.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with online payment systems and basic accounting principles.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
