- Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
- Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, programs, etc.
- Advocating for an artist's mental and physical health as needed.
- Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.
- Enforcing the terms of a contract.
- To arrange the training such as new songs and dances.
Requirements :
- A Stage Manager must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music and stage business.
- Good Stage Managers do everything they can to make their clients successful.
- They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills.
- Must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
