Description:
- Demonstrating a high level of customer focus and responsiveness including direct interaction with customer(s) and their operational team(s).
- Leading, supervising, mentoring, and developing staff within a diverse team environment which includes training plans in ensuring operational sustainability.
- Develop and maintain a quality management system to ensure both customer’s work scope deliverables and team performance measures are in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organization’s safety, quality, and security requirements.
- Conceive, lead, handle, and participate in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Takes lead in performing Flavors & Fragrances Laboratory Operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences / Chemical Engineering
- Min. 1-2 years in a supervisory role in a chemistry laboratory environment is preferred
