Responsibilities:
- Monitor APIs to ensure their stability and reliability, promptly addressing any issues to maintain a seamless service.
- Engage with regional API experts and technology team to provide insights and guidance to the API product manager, supporting informed decision-making.
- Assist in the development and execution of API roadmap and contribute to the achievement of strategic milestones and objectives.
- Manage the API support network, ensuring timely and effective responses to all inquiries and feedback.
- Manage the active backlog and sprint planning effectively, prioritizing tasks to deliver maximum value and align with our technological vision.
- Act as the Product Owner for the development portal, handle developer inquiries and drive improvements to enhance the portal’s value.
- Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holders with relevant fields of studies preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in container shipping experience and experience in Business Process Management preferred.
- Strong understanding of API technologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into clear user stories.
- Delivers a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation to express viewpoints with clear and concise language.
- Possess strong desire for continuous process improvement.
