Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining important documents.
- Monitor and maintain sales-related equipment and materials.
- Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Communicate unforeseen delays or issues to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ad-Hoc support when necessary
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles is a plus.
- Knowledge in letter of credit is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive “Can Do” attitude.
- Knowledge in letter of credit is preferred.
