Contract Period: 2 Years
Working Hours:
- Based on patients availability
- 8.00am to 8.00pm
- Monday - Sunday
Job Description:
- Assess patients profile
- Feeding food / medication (includes tube feeding)
- Engage / communicate with elderly patients
- Assist in toilet / showering
- Update case notes
- Plan and implement care according to assessed needs
- Co-ordinate care with other staff/family members/caregiver to implement nursing care plan, including serving medication, dressing, hygiene etc
Job Requirements:
- Valid BCLS
- Minimum Certificate in Healthcare
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Displays compassion, positive and caring attitude towards patients
