Location: Woodlands
Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6.15pm (No OT Required)
Jobscope:
- Daily Update attendance & OT and submit to Finance by month end
- Able to handle EPOL & MOM matters including memo & letter typing for all HR related
- Arrange training & development (CSOC, MSOC, Coretrade) schedule for Internal & External Staffs
- Able to perform Infortech HR software management maintainance
- Upkeep and maintenance of Tenancy agreements
- Assist in Employment First Day Orientation Program
- Issue laptop & safety equipment to employee and collect back upon resignation
- Capable in managing employee conflict and upkeep HR policies
- Provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries
- Ad-hocs duties may assign
Requirements:
- Min Diploma /Equivalent Cert related to HR
- Bilingual in English and Chinese due to handling of Chinese documents
- Preferable 2 years experience in manufacturing industry doing HR work
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
- Having good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices
