Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setup & breakdown of the restaurant.
- Assist your Service Leader in organising table seating and preparing tables.
- Greeting of customers and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.
- Presenting menus/ directing customers to our menu QR code on the tables.
- Serve water and refill glasses as and when needed.
- Ensure the timely delivery of food/beverage orders.
- Complete opening and closing side work.
- Ensuring side stations are stocked and cleaned. Regular checks.
- Assisting in cleaning up of spills and ensuring table cleanliness at all times.
- Complete housekeeping functions where necessary (ie. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and etc.)
- Handling of customers' queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Facilitating and assisting Service Leader in any other requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in restaurant service/ F&B industry, experience as a barista will be a plus.
- Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered.
- Outstanding Customer Service, focused and oriented.
- Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to promote sales and resolve conflict.
