Job Scope
- Meeting and Managing sales enquries and understanding of clients’ needs and renovation requests.
- Providing professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling, and project management
- Provide figure/quotation based on the proposed design.
- Bring in sales and Close sales.
- Work closely with project coordinator, designer, suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Positive and Responsible work attitude.
- Highly Motivated and Sales Driven.
- Able to Work Independently.
- Bilingual Proficiency.
- Service-Oriented.
- Able to speak Mandarin or dialects to liaise with Mandarin or dialects speaking customers.
