As a Stewarding Supervisor / Assistant Manager, we rely on you to
- To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standard of the outlet as per the SFSMS Policies.
- To ensures employees and contractors follow and adhere to hotel policies.
- Arrange requisition of par stocks and supplies of stewarding storeroom to ensure that sufficient items are available for operations all times.
- Prepare inventory lists and personally conduct inventories for various outlets
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

- Preferably has experience working in hospitality industry
- Committed to maintaining quality standards
- Good team player who is keen to learn
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work shifts
