Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
•Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within theSales & Marketing Department.
•Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, includingidentifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, performsite surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations andcontracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuringcompliance to Company pricing policies.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customersin their project requirements and enquiries.
•Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment ofour Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
•Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work andproject executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarificationsand resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
•Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit taxinvoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctuallyas well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and finalaccounts for completed projects.
•Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organizemarketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
•Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as wellas generate monthly reports for Management.
•Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assistin the implementation and improvements of the system.
•Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Companypolicies, government regulations and ISO standards.
•Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
•Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
Job Requirements:
•Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
•Diploma or degree in any field of study. Entry level are welcome to apply.
•Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills as well as possess own vehicle.
•Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
•Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
•Must be able to speak Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
