Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Develop advertising materials for point-of-sale marketing (POSM), digital, and social media channels.
- Create sales support materials and manage in-store promotions.
- Coordinate marketing events such as roadshows and promoter sampling.
- Collaborate with teams such as procurement, sales, and finance to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Ecommerce Site & Retail Showroom Marketing:
- Develop marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales in the retail showroom.
- Implement showroom-specific marketing campaigns to attract customers and enhance the retail experience.
- Oversee retail merchandising efforts to optimize product display and sales.
- Implement commercial plans for the Ecommerce site, including product selection, forecasting, and setting promotional themes to achieve sales targets.
Marketing Apps Maintenance:
- Maintain and update mobile apps in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Work with UX/UI designers to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in Retail Marketing or FMCG marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media is essential.
