We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of the team and business.

Responsibilities:
- The Successful Candidate will manage and increase business with existing customers by identifying their current and future requirements.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and conducting sales calls.
- Exploring into new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Successfully match customer to proposed solutions based on their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness on the value proposition of the products and services.
- Contribute to team effort and be accountable for sales growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Correspond with suppliers and customers to ensure prompt delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or the equivalent is highly preferred.
- Experience in Robotics will be an added advantage.
- Proven Work Experiences and Sales Track Records of a Sales Engineer.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Highly motivated and has a driven personality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Excited about the products and similar technical areas, exploring them in work and other projects.
- Keenness to do more than is expected and impact driven.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Growth mindset driven.
- Highly adaptable with a “Can Do” attitude.
