Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties and support to Leasing team
- Input information and data into lease management system
- Prepare lease documents and other related documents such as Letter of Offers and Tenancy Agreements, etc.
- Liaise with various parties on lease-related matters such as lawyers, IRAS, tenants etc
- Ensure goodtenants’ relations through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports
- Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely
- Maintain and update database, floor plan and Tenants’ contact list
- Any other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or office leasing
- Strong numerical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry
- Highly motivated, tenacious, positive and proactive
- Able to thrive on challenges and work under time pressures
