Role & Responsibilities:
· Business development: Understands company strategy and supports marketing, business development, and sales activities.
· Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, develop strategies to attract and retain them.
· New client acquisition: Coordinate meetings, propose promotions, schedule appointments, and contact potential clients to acquire new business.
· Team building: Organize internal teams, support and provide suggestions as needed, and complete assigned tasks on time.
· Client Support: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, provide suggestions for improvement, and foster ongoing business relationships.
· Market and Data Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collect information from various sources, analyze data, and prepare reports.
· Sales: Present and promote products or services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
· Networking: Attend events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with professionals and promote the company.
· Social networking support: Provides administrative assistance for the company's social media profiles on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
· Meet with mall management to explore business opportunities.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in the interior design and architecture industry.
