Job Description
· Handles daily administrative clinic work, tally and check on daily reports.
· Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences.
· Responsible for daily check on machine condition and locations.
· Assess and score the clinic SOP compliance of the operation team including doctors and report to HQ management.
· Check-in customers, record the visits and update customer information on internal database.
· Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Assist consultants to prepare the sales documents and consent annex.
· Handles booking of appointments, sending appointment reminders via WhatsApp
Requirement
· Minimum Poly diploma or Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin, Science or Health Sciences.
· 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
· Good English verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers with proven Customer Service ability.
· An organized person and systematic thinker.
· Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
· Proficient in IT systems.
