Job Description:
- Carry out daily operations of assigned facilities conduct technical inspections
- Handle site property management/operation
- Determine rectification and implementation of pro-active or corrective maintenance to minimize ad hoc requests
- Attend to tenants’ request/complaints
- Manage and maintain strata-titled units
- Manage upgrading/A&A works
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a 'O' Level.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Electrical and M&E knowledge required.
- Possess effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
- A good team player with the ability to work independently
