• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a personal assistant
• Assist CEO with personal matters
• Opportunities to learn and contribute to the business and company's office
• Work will be based in Singapore
• Able to commit long term in the company
• Make appointment/contact/communication with internal/external entities
• Support other employees
• Other ad hoc jobs as assigned
• Handle and arrange all travel arrangement/necessity including booking of flights & hotels and visa applications
• Able to work independently & liaise with banks.
• Perform various administrative duties & tenancy agreements.
• Keep proper documentation & filing of records & accounts
