Job Responsibilities:
• Assists Operation Manager in various project sites and coordination of manpower deployment.
• Provide training to new hires in relation to the expected standards of work, cleanliness, hygiene and safety (including machine handling)
• Conduct regular inspection to uphold the high level of cleanliness and work standards and to meet the clients’ expectations.
• Monitor staff’s attendance to ensure all overtime are being compiled correctly and meeting the payroll’s requirements.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory.
• Key liaison personnel with the customers on service level and performance standards.
• Implement, review and revise of existing and new processes and/or productivity improvement methods.
• Any other duties as directed
Job Requirement
• Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in cleaning operations management or similar position.
• Responsible with positive working and learning attitude.
• Team player and possess good supervisory and interpersonal skill.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
