Job Description -
1. Liaise with Account Managers to obtain customers’ specifications and to resolve problems/complaints
2. Meet with clients, printers, or designers to discuss job requirements or binding plans
3. Analyze performance of production machinery and where necessary recommend alternative/additional/replacement machinery
4. Identify and resolve all issues of quality variances in that all work undertaken fully meets customer satisfaction
5. Ensure all production tasks are completed within agreed timescales
6. Continuously ensure all Post-Press procedures are complied with
7. Identify any quality variances and provide possible solutions
8. Manage Post-Press budget and ensure costs are controlled
9. Escalate production issues to Production Manager at the earliest opportunities
10. Ensure all machinery is in good working order and in compliance with Health and Safety
11. Follow and comply with all house-keeping, safety and work rules and regulations
