Responsibilities
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
- Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
- Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
- Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
- Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
- Product yield improvement and maintenance.
- Experiment design process margin improve SOP set up and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemical Engineering / Material science / Mechanical & engineering.
- More than 10 years relevant fab experience
- Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
- Possess good communication skills and time management skills
- Prior 200mm/300mm R&D experience would be added advantage
