Description
White Space is an advertising and creative agency with a robust portfolio of Government clients. One of our accounts involves physical events held across Singapore to increase awareness of our client’s service offerings and encourage adoption of these services among Singaporeans.
We are looking for full-time event staff who have an outgoing and confident personality. You will be deployed to on-site events to engage members of the public, share more about our client’s service offerings, and help them with the onboarding of these services. This is not a sales role - there will be no sales of products at our events.
Here’s what you can expect in this role:
· Hand out flyers to engage members of the public, and share more about our client’s services
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the ease of adoption, USPs of the services, and how these services can benefit our target audience in their professional life
· Conduct 1-on-1 advisory sessions with members of the public to guide them towards the correct avenues for them to get more in-depth assistance/training they might require
· Encourage event-goers to fill up a feedback form and subscribe to a mailing list
· General ushering duties
· Assist with the set-up and teardown of events
Requirements
· Singaporeans/Singapore PRs
· Proficient in both English and Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
· Grooming – Candidates should look presentable and have no visible tattoos/piercings/brightly-coloured hair
· Proficient in basic IT (Searching and browsing websites, filling up online forms, etc.)
· Pleasant demeanour, confident to approach and start conversations with strangers
· Candidates must be willing to work on Weekends, up to 5-days work a week
· Experience with event-based work is a bonus
· Class 3/3A Driving license is a bonus
