Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewingg candidates.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.
Payroll Administration:
- Manage the full payroll (Headcount less than 60) processing cycle, that includes regular payroll and ensuring compliance with all local legislations
- Fulfill all IRAS requirements for filing of income tax
Requirements:
- Min Dip / Dip / Nitec in HR or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years in Human Resource
- Able to work independently
