Responsibilities:
This role accountable for effective support as HR & admin., business needs identification and provide solutions delivery, employee relations, legal compliance, HR polices, document management and administration.
- Experience in all aspect of HR function in Recruitment & selection, Training & development, Compensation & benefits and other employees engagement initiatives and policies
- Coordinates & conducts orientations for new hires
- Develop, review & update of Human Resource policies and guidelines
- Familiar with work-pass procedures & governments grants application
- Coordinates & support training & development plans
- Provide advice on changes of labor legislation & formulating of related surveys information
- Initiate, oversee & conduct company work health programs & team building activities
- Support and formulating competitive compensation and benefit programs
- Involve in HR planning & budgeting to support company goals & organization changes
- Assist in ISO 9001 implementation
- Other administrative supports; meeting minutes, infrastructure resource planning etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration equivalent
- Min 2 years working experience in HR relevant capacity
- Good knowledge of employment regulations & practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good writing skills
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, independent & people oriented
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
