  • Job Description:


Employer are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Officer to join our fund management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the fund management industry and will be responsible for drafting compliance and risk policies, liaising with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and managing all relevant MAS submissions.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft Compliance and Risk Policies:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance and risk management policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Liaison with MAS: Serve as the primary contact for all communications with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Ensure timely and accurate submissions of all required reports and documents.
  3. MAS Submissions:Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to MAS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all staff are aware of compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Reporting:Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance activities, issues, and resolutions.


  • Qualifications:


  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fund compliance, with a strong understanding of MAS regulations and requirements.
  2. Education:A bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
  3. Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of MAS regulations and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.


4. Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
