Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Enterprise Data Delivery team and to drive various Digital Data initiatives within the banking industry.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or Economics, Information Technology,
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management or PMO management experience in the banking industry;
- Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of project governance processes and a command of Project Management best practices;
- Strong understanding in data management and data governance principles;
- Well versed in SQL database management and query;
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage project team members across multiple locations, countries, and time zones for project delivery;
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally;
- Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization.
Desired Skill-set
- PMP or Scrum Certified;
- Experience in change management .
Responsibilities
- Responsible in planning, supporting, monitoring and tracking project activities, assessments, within the bank related to data monetization initiatives;
- Provide project management support by collaborating with multiple teams in ensuring that the project is completed on time;
- Provide support in generating the relevant project management artefacts and documentation;
- Understand the data landscape including systems, business process and data flows requirement to support bank-wide data monetization initiatives;
- Support the business units team leaders in the project management process updates and communicating to senior management;
- Promote/Enable changes and incubate data monetization culture and agile development methodology with the bank.
