· Develop and manage business strategies to achieve growth targets for the district cooling and IoT-enabled solution business unit.
· Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and drive the development and implementation of go-to-market plans.
· Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate business development and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and drive revenue growth.
· Provide leadership in identifying, tracking, and communicating business-related metrics that inform performance.
· Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the business unit and ensure effective use of resources to meet business objectives.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business unit performance and growth opportunities.
· Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit.
· Conduct customer validation to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback on value proposition and improve product offerings.
· Develop and maintain customer interaction dashboard to monitor and improve customer engagement and retention.
Requirements:
· Degree or equivalent: The Master of Science in Engineering
· Strong business acumen with SAP system and expert skill level on Excel and project management skill set is a must.
· Team player spirit and collaboration characteristics will be an important criteria.
· Preferably with some prior experience in similar industry.
· A self-starter individual who is independent and resourceful.
· Able to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders and gain their support and buy-in.
· Comfortable to travel across the APREG region within short notice when required.
