The Role
The Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and success of a software product or a portfolio of products from conception to launch and beyond. This individual plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with technological capabilities and market demands.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the end-to-end Product Life Cycle management of industrial software product planning, product R&D and project delivery in the intelligent manufacturing space
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- In Charge of industrial AI technology solution planning, product strategy and technology research and development
- Manage the product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing tasks based on business value and customer needs
- Responsible for the establishment and management of product R&D and delivery team, and create an efficient product R&D system and project delivery process
- Cooperate with the pre-sales and sales team to complete the customer's pre-sales technical support
- Cooperate with the company strategy team to formulate the company strategy and technology direction
- Cooperate with the company's marketing and BD team to complete product and technical support
What you need to have:
- At least three semiconductor intelligent manufacturing software 0 to 1 product R&D management experiences
- The above self-developed products have at least three successful projects in semiconductor intelligent manufacturing
- Experience in product R&D of at least three industrial AI oriented software products from 0 to 1
- At least two or more industrial AI hardware and software integratio n product R&D experience from 0 to 1
- Self-developed products in the field of industrial AI, with at least three or more successful projects
- Have at least 10 years, 100 people + product R&D and project delivery team building and management experiences
- Working experience in the industrial field, especially in semiconductor and new energy, especially industrial software and AI project implementation experience is preferred
- Experience in a high-tech startup company, and served as the head of product R&D experience is preferred
- Pre-sales technical support and sales management experience is preferred.
