Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the offerings & capability assessment before designing the journey.
- Work with & engage business stakeholders, product manager or product owner to understand business needs, priority & outcome through KPI.
- Set up, track & analyze the journey-based metrics to measure the effectiveness of journeys.
- Elicit, validate & translate requirements (design & business criteria) for the squad to develop the features.
- Map out the overall business process flow & user journey required, identify functional & non-functional requirements, identify dependencies.
- Communicate clearly to product manager and / or product owner on requirements, business rationale, data, and results gathered for key project initiatives.
- Work with UI/UX team and Development team to provide functional and non-functional requirements for design and build.
- Ensure quality design & delivery by working closely with the squads and provide required clarifications & support.
- Provide clear entry & exit criteria for testing, work with testers to draw a detailed test plan and test cases for the product.
- Integrate market research, assessment/feedback & provide into product roadmap to further enhance user experience and/or value.
- Ability to wear multiple hats (business, technical, design) to communicate and manage stakeholders.
- Possess the entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 4 - 6 years of experience as business analyst, with hands on experience working in an agile setting, familiar with JIRA & confluence.
- Excellent communication in English & Mandarin.
- Life insurance and digital experience is preferred.
- Experience working in agency operation is an asset.
- Demonstrated examples of shipping software at scale.
- Proven ability to simplify and navigate in highly ambiguous situations.
