Responsibilities:
- Work with our sales department to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
- Support product development with insights on procurement capabilities, material availability, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to co-develop innovative and cost-effective retail products.
- Do detailed studies for all our OEM products, listing specifications of components to materials used
- Standardize components where possible
- Work with our design department to customize packaging designs, installation manuals, technology names
- Work with our QC to ensure every batch of OEM products meets our high-quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks in the supply chain to ensure consistent product quality and availability.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the procurement supply chain process.
- Lead sustainability initiatives within the procurement of OEM products.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in the mechanical engineering field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Able to analyze information quickly and accurately
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
