Job Description
Responsibilities :
- To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
- Business users communications.
- To enhance existing support processes to maintain/improve service level quality.
- Weekend support if any urgent issue or deployment issue.
Skills Required
- Microsoft .Net development skills.
- MS-SQL development skills.
- Debugging and troubleshooting.
- L2/L3 support skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure.
- With a keen interest in providing high service quality.
