Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Description:
- Provide L2 Desktop support, Desktop Team Lead
- Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Involved in heavy lifting
- Perform service request related to client platforms.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Requirement:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Poly diploma in IT related studies
- Minimum 1 year of end-user Desktop support experience
- Ability to resolve common end users’ issues (e.g. Outlook, VPN, Network, Printer)
- Good to have: CompTIA A+ certificate.
