Job Overview:

The Account Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of understanding client needs and translating them into actionable marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, strong project management skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    Understand client objectives and provide strategic advice to achieve their marketing goals.
  2. Campaign Management:Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
    Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
  3. Project Coordination:Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
    Manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
    Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  4. Strategic Planning:Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
    Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  5. Performance Analysis:Analyze campaign results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients.
    Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance data.
  6. Client Satisfaction:Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
    Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
    Strive to exceed client expectations and ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • A professional certificate or college degree in Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analytics and performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
