Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and feedback portals, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Understand our products and services to offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Use active listening to meet customer needs and preferences, collaborating with colleagues to achieve satisfaction targets.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and maintain service recovery protocols.
- Manage and support the customer journey across all touchpoints, including on-site, online, social media, and delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant business related discipline
- Proven track records in relevant role and responsibilities
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
