JOB DESCRIPTION
- Enhance and adapt training materials to fit new trends and needs
- Conduct induction and deliver timely training to therapists not limiting to beauty product knowledge, treatment protocol
- Motivate Therapists and Sales Consultants through coaching and training to ensure continued growth of the brand
- Contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching as well as identifying and providing feedback for future training needs.
- To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behaviors and interact with the Sales consultants and customers
- Be resourceful to furnish company with the latest beauty industry information, e.g. competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc
- To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments
- Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities
