Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide essential technical support for production machinery, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, achieve daily production targets, and perform mold setup and maintenance as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs, and fixtures.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and ensure all activities comply with approved processes, contributing to plant safety and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements based on production line conditions and troubleshooting experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Experience in a fully automated manufacturing environment with hands-on electrical and mechanical component experience is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams. Knowledge in polymer engineering and precision part molding is a plus.
- Work Conditions: Willingness to work in shift patterns, overtime, weekends, and in clean room environments.
