The SKILT Centre – the SpecialKids Intervention, Learning and Therapy Centre established in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, provides a holistic series of programmes that target individuals aged 2 and upwards, through teenage years.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manpower planning of Service Relations Offers to ensure adequate coverage
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from clients and employees to management
- Working with management to identify and resolve problems
- Conform to organization standards
- Compliance with government requirements
- Generating reports for management to provide insight into the efficiency of the organization
- Writing and disseminating minutes of meeting
- Room and resource allocations for therapists and teachers
- Liaise with the Accounts department on financial figures accuracy
- Development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures for consistency of operations
- Engaging and liaising with vendors for maintenance and repairs of premises

Mon-Fri
8:30am-6pm

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Facilities and/or IT knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
