Job duties:
- Ensuring smooth operation on daily basic
- Organizing & managing working schedules & crane driver deployment
- Coordinating closely with onsite staffs & all related stakeholders to ensure compliance and good performance
- Ensuring employee safety and good performing crane status
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in any field
- 1 to 3 years operation management for crane drivers deployment
- Ability to deploy cranes with crane drivers
- Ability to lead manpower and its planning
