Jobs Responsibility:
- Project coordination and site supervision from conception to execution to completion
- Prepare sales quotation and all relevant project documents
- Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Monitor project’s time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.
- Efficiently manage and work closely with designers and clients
Requirements
- Candidates with prior experience in Interior Designing and Sales are preferred
- Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
- Experienced in Interior fit-out & A&A works
- Good knowledge of carpentry detailing
- Min 1 year working experience
