Assistant Project Manager

Prince’s Landscape is seeking for an Assistant Project Manager. This role is responsible for improving profitability of the company and the overall operations and financial management functions including bottom line results of the company, overseeing overall landscaping activities, business development, operations and support requirements of the business and to meet profit objectives.


Role duties:

· Manage and lead all channel & distribution of landscaping activities

· Develop, define, align and deliver the KPIs with Landscape Department Managers in line with business strategy.

· Prepare Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statements reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement.

· Establish a robust plan, conduct and review processes with the landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met.

· Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors.

· Develop a solid and sustainable organization for the business to succeed.

· Check material list and check drawing list & site organization chart.

· Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion.

· Approve / endorse final price before sales quote to customers.

· Take over the overall management of the project, including VO and WO works.

· Check claims prior to submission to customers.

· Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.

· Perform other related duties as required by the Manager

· Complying with any established procedures and environmental policy as provided.

· Achieve department objectives and target


Candidate profile:

· Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields

· Knowledge and experience in health and safety regulations

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

· Good track record of projects completion

· Have a passion in landscaping and good scheduling, planning and execution skills

· Computer literacy & proactive.
