Role Duties:
- Take off quality and pricing of tender and prepare quotations to clients.
- Sourcing, purchasing, and managing of suppliers of materials and related products needed for tendersand production.
- Submit requirements on tender submission as per client deadlines, initiate any request forinformation should there be any items to clarify prior to submitting quotation.
- Compare sub-contractors and supplier pricing for tenders and awarded projects.
- Prepare PO for awards of supplier and subcontractors.
- Study and evaluate contracts from clients to ensure that all items stated as part of work are includedin the submitted bill of quantities.
- Facilitate contract signing with sub-contractors, verifying that scope of work is clearly defined andmanage subcontractors claims and payment.
- Manage progress claim, progress payment and VO claims for awarded projects.
- Verify As-Build drawings against actual completed work prior to submission to client.
- Need to perform close coordination with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and otherparties involved in the projects.
- Need to perform liaison with engineers, sales, quality surveyors and project managers.
Candidate profile:
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude and mannerism
- Basic to Intermediate Skill in Autocad
