Job Description:
- Monitor and renewal of maintenance services contract
- Handling the operations and maintenance activities at client premises, including the Office Resources, Asset & Records Management
- Leading technical teams in the troubleshooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works
- Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors
- Assist the Condominium Manager with day-to-day operation
- Deliver necessary monthly/quarterly reports
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant MCST experience is required for this position
- Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
