We are looking for Assistant Director, Corporate Communications candidate for our Social Service Agency (SSA). We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and knowledgeable candidate to drive forward its innovative “Be Well. Lead Well” Programme Strategy. Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, the candidate will:
1. Programming content design:
- Conduct research to understand the ecosystem and our member needs and design the most appropriate and relevant content, such as, thought leadership, organisational guides and assessment tools, training programmes etc
- Take responsibility for project managing the design of the Agency's Executive Development Programme, in partnership with selected providers in the marketplace
- Manage the development of a national benchmark on workplace and leadership transformation centred on employee wellbeing as driver of business outcomes, working with key stakeholders across academia, government and the private sector.
2. Development and execution of service delivery:
- Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of exceptional event experience in all phases of the event (pre-event, on-site event, post-event), such as, bi annual CEO Dialogues, Quarterly Learning Sessions and Luminary Fireside Conversations
- Identify, negotiate and manage relevant content partners/facilitators/speakers
- Lead event operations, programme management and related financial management.
3. Conduct member and stakeholder reviews:
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to assure services provided are in line with the vision, mission and objectives of Agency
- Capture and facilitate feedback on Agency content and programme offerings, ensuring they are relatable and relevant to C-Suite executives in MNCs, Public Sector and (later on) Small & Medium Sized Enterprises
- Based on review feedback, innovate ways that increase member engagement and third-party funding of programmes.
4. Communications and brand growth
- Direct creation of compelling content to engage members, potential members and other stakeholders, across all communications channels including social media, mainstream media and the Agency's website.
- Provide or contribute to reports for the Board of Directors, or for government compliance, as required
- Implement regular measurement tracking across all Agency's programmes and communications.

· Experience in workplace mental health, HR or an NGO environment are preferred.

Sun Ray Scheme
Sun Ray is a centralised scheme administered by NCSS to develop individuals who have strong leadership qualities to lead professional practices and agencies in the social service sector. To enable a holistic development. there will be structured rotation across social service agencies in different sub-sectors to provide individuals with cross-organisational exposure and support. The exposure will enable those on the Sun Ray to develop broader sector perspectives and gain deep sector knowledge to help the social service agencies that they are deployed to build capabilities and capacity.
